 Simple Cocoon: This wrap is simple, and classic so you can enjoy the beauty of undyed hemp. As it is undyed or decorated, it allows you  to dye it yourself if you so wish, making your wrap even more unique and personal. Price: $150. 

Olive Cocoon-

This is one of our dyed wraps. Depending on your screen settings, its a lovely textured, bright green with olive tones. A very popular colour, that many people remark upon. Available in all sizes, as well as custom made.

 Springtime:

This Cocoon is bright and fun, yet gentle. It is feminine without being too much, as some pinks can be.  Small size in stock, other sizes easily made to order. $180

Crimson Mystery-

This is the illusive red Cocoon mentioned on the Musings Page. The red is deep, and secretive with the tiedye bands adding more depth and character. It is an energising red, that doesn't overexcite like some reds.

Berries:

This is our new purple, which we are very pleased with. Like all natual dyes, it is an undemanding colour, that still manages to draw the eye and keep you looking. Subtle variations in tones and hues are the reward for those who pay attention.

The Unknowable Cocoon-

This Cocoon is an interesting colour, difficult to define. Its a milk chocolatey brown, with some khaki hints in it. However, in some lights it is more khaki and not much brown. Whichever way, it is strong, earthy and grounding. This wrap can be purchased at One Earth Shop (not their online store) on Erindale Rd, Balcatta, Perth.

Smoky Cocoon:

This Cocoon is all charcoal and smoke. It's dark without being too heavy for little babes. Reminiscent of wisps of smoke dissipating from a camp fire as the morning sun sends its first rays into the sky. None currently in stock, but can easily be made to order.

Tree Stripes:

It's not easy to see on the computer, but the green stripe is a darker, mossy colour, and the brown stripe is very grey toned. The lines are wavy, with lighter and darker areas reminiscent of some water colour paintings. Also the trees waving and flowing in a gentle breeze.

Earth Ochre:

This is a colour chanced upon and liked. It is a yellow ochre crossed with an old gold. It's a warming, rejuvenating and soothing colour. 

There are 2 small Cocoons with this colour, one is tie dyed, the other has variations in depth like typical hand dyed fabrics. Please specify which one you wish in the special requests box during checkout.

 Butter:

A softer, lighter yellow than the Earth Ochre, it really does look like sunshine mixed with butter. Soft, warm and nurturing. This is currently out of stock, but can easily be made upon request.

Sunset Stripes:

This hand painted Cocoon speaks for itself. It is warm, fun without being overwhelming, energizing. A summer evening, watching the sun starting to go down and the beginning of the beautiful colour display we get to see every evening. The colours are soothing and warming for yourself and your baby.

Natural Nappy/ Body Cream:

Not just a nappy cream, this herbal balm is great for all skin. Lips, heels, elbows, eczema relief, any dry skin, small cuts scratches, insect bites. It's made for skin. Also, because our skin absorbs everything just as if we ate it, this nappy cream is literally good enough to eat. Made from simple ingredients and my personal philosophy of 'no junk allowed' it will soothe any troubled, dry skin. Non GMO Canola oil infused with calendula, comfrey and plantain herb is mixed with beeswax to provide a  moisturing barrier. Finally, a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil gives a wonderfully calming effect, as well as assisting with insect bites and stings and has anti bacterial properties. It also smells divine, and is hand made by me.

Floor puppets are a long term investment and provide hours of play. They can be used for imaginative play, to story telling, bed time dolls, role playing and realtionship exploring. The only limiting factor is your imagination and children have no limit to theirs!

Yellow Angel:   $7.

Handmade with certified organic unspun wool, mixed with hand dyed yellow unspun wool. Perfect for a pram or car hanging toy. It is light, airy, soft and very soothing.

Flutterbye Dress: $160. This beautiful dress is lovingly handmade and one of a kind. Cut using Indigo Cocoons own pattern, features soft cotton lace as the neck tie to add a timeless feel to the dress. The fabric is hemp, so it is long lasting, durable, cool in summer, warm in winter and 90% UV protective. The delicate, yet modern picture along the bottom is hand embroidered using Indigo Cocoons own design.

Flutterbye Dress Back View. This dress is perfect for summer as it hangs loose and is very cool, but being made form hemp can withstand rough play. From parties, to kindy, to beach days and everywhere in between, it will quickly be a favourite!

The Flutterbye Dress is handmade, to order and needs at least 2 weeks to complete. To make it more unique and special, if the child receiving the dress has any particularly favourite colours, then they can easily be incorporated into the design.

Handmade using hand dyed cotton. A lovely gift for a young child discovering the joys of looking after his or her own baby.

This toy is Steiner inspired, and by leaving the face blank it allows the child to imagine a full range of features and emotions without any limitations.

Newborn Baby Doll: 

Steiner inspired hand made doll from certified organic cotton and cert. organic wool stuffing.

The limited facial features are to allow the baby to use his/her imagination. The hands are suggested with knots, which could also be wetted down and refrigerated for teething times.

There is no need to worry about any chemicals, plastics or anything else that with this doll. It is a very eco friendly doll.

This doll is especially perfect for newborns and younger babies.
